[Klaw, Irving] New York: Irving Klaw, 1952/1953. 46pp. 8.5x11in. b&w photographs and illustrations throughout. Center page loose on bottom staple but intact. Some rust from staples. Bottom of wraps started. Slight aging on cover. Overall very good.

"Published by Irving Klaw, 'The Pin-Up King' for Artists, Photography Students, and Collectors."

What gold have we here. This catalogue from Irving Klaw (Nutrix) dates to before he was run out of New York in 1957 following an obscenity trial. It features a full catalogue of films, stills, slides, and cartoon strips, all with loads of delightful metadata. It's gorgeous, if you're into this sort of thing (smut I mean, not metadata.)

This publication began as "Movie Star News," becoming "Cartoon and Pin-Up Parade" after issue #30, then "Cartoon and Model Parade" by issue #31 in 1950. Bettie Page started posing for Klaw in 1952, which helps further narrow the dates for this. Page is featured prominently on the cover and in one of the titles advertised (New Original Kodochrome Slides Series #9). Other models include Roz Greenwood, Joan Rydell, Shirley Maitland, Cocoa Brown, Lois Meriden, Lili Dawn, Barbara Buchanan, Sigred Noren, Vicki Hayes, Rose Erna, Shirley Levitt, Loraine Durane, Mikki Mingo, etc. Also features art and cartoon serials by Eneg [Gene Bilbrew], Stanton, Mory, Jay, Ruiz, etc.

No holdings for this on WorldCat which seems bananas to me. This is a top-notch fetish reference work!
